Singing Oaks Garden

Columbia Camera Club outing to the Singing Oaks Garden in Blythewood, SC.

Thank you for taking us there, and for giving us your time...Mike! It was also nice to meet new faces.

This was my VERY first try in macro photography. I am so hooked. It's so completely different from all the other stuff, I think it'll be a nice addition.

I never thought flowers can be that sexy!

The thing with macro photography is that even thou they turn out blurry they still look sort of artsy huh? At least I think so.

I love Dragon flies. I would love to know how some of the photographers get them so damn sharp. Well...one day...ONE DAY!

Ofcourse flowers are sexy they have to attract to reproduce. Re the dragon flies, stand back a little increase the Depth of field and then crop thepicture the detail will increase. Love all the hues and colours, well done. if this is your first i look forward to your next.

Lovely! I really, really like the one in the third row from the top, to the left of text box about dragon flies. It has a wonderful abstract quality that I like very much.

Very very nice - the pictures and the arrangement. Once you've seen the world through a macro lens you never see it the same way again. You are hooked! Welcome to the world of macro-addiction.
