HDR Sampler

Here are a few of my first attempts at HDR.  Many thanks to John (aka Zero42).  Before I read his Complete HDR How-To tabblo, I had no idea how to do this.  His guide convinced me it's not so difficult after all.

Left:  Hay at the edge of a field in Milford, NH.

Below:  A tractor in the same field.

Right:  A beaver pond in Mason, NH.

Below Left:  The Lowell Sun building in Lowell, MA.  Click on the image to see a larger version.

Below Right:  Jack Kerouac Park in Lowell, MA.  This also looks better large.

Left and Below:  The rest of these shots are from Greenfield State Park in Greenfield, NH.  That's Otter Lake in the background of each shot.

I'm going to have to go to John's HDR How-To to learn a bit more about it, but these are beautiful photos. I'm pleased to see Jack Kerouac has a park. Maybe a whole tabblo devoted to that sometime? Nice work!

Very nicely done. I'm partial to your last shot with the tree roots.

Thanks for the comments, one and all. Allan, I like your suggestion of doing a Jack Kerouac tabblo. There are lots of Kerouac influences in Lowell. The original manuscript of "On the Road" is being exhibited there this summer. Now you've got me thinking ...
