Yes, it seems to be an actual DeLorean, in stainless steel, casually parked in the HP parking lot.  And note the license plate!

It isn't mine! And I did look inside quickly, there's no flux capacitor, unless he keeps it in the trunk to avoid attracting attention...

Were I the owner of that car and had that plate, I think I would need to put a small sign on the dash that said "flux capacitor out for repairs" or something like that. You KNOW that anyone observant enough to notice the car and the plates would HAVE to look inside.
