O.k., not a flower box, but a flower found near a box!  Besides, I rarely take good closeups, so I thought I'd start with this one for good luck!

This really nice box was at the foot of the stairs of the house we stayed in - arguably the best looking flower box in the neighborhood!

Again, not flower boxes, but roses climbing up the sides of cottages are just way too pretty not to include!!  And who can resist a bunch of buoys hanging out on a fence - Nantucket-style?!

Nantucket, MA is always a great place to visit - and some months are better for flower viewing than others.  Unfortunately, I was a bit early for the great roses and hydrangeas that normally cover the island, however, I did my best to enjoy what I did find.
