6/27/07. Dallas, TX--

And our NOAA keeps alarming off...."WARNING" it now reads...FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS.....

 

I heard on the radio that this is the 2nd "rainiest" June in Texas' history.

 

I grab the camera and run to the front door and take this pic...it is lighter than the back of the house....but it still looks bad...

EEKS!!

Look at that sky, kids! 

No, that  is not smoke from the chimney!

The Rain Begins....

The kids were out "crawdad" fishin' down the street....and they came rushing home when it got scary out with big "booms" that vibrated the ground..... good call!

FYI:   I enjoy Tabblo and the friends I have made on it....looking at your pictures.....however, I have been mostly offline lately trying to get our house ready for sale and on the market  in the mist of a busy family life as well....so, wish us luck and hopefully things will slow down soon and I'll be back with more frequency to  visit YOUR Tabblo site!!!  :)

Wow - that's some wall cloud. It came our way on Tues night but thankfully no damage.

These are pretty scary clouds (especially the last half). Good luck with selling your house.

I have taken so many cloud pictures lately also. The storm clouds are amazing. And they come on so quickly. Watching the storms come across the lake is so cool. Kelly, you got some excellent shots here! Glad you are all safe.
