This page is for panasonic technical support. The image was taken at iso 800 @ 1/20 f2.8. As you can tell the RAW image is noticeably horrible. So panasonic tech support please send this link to an engineer and fix the firmware or at least give a better way to develop RAW images at high ISO.

This is quite a shame because otherwise I really do love this DMC-LX2. I do believe other lumix brand cameras suffer from similar issues when shooting RAW. Somehow the leica D-Lux 3 cameras do not. Which is quite a shame since the cameras are virtually identical.
