Nice still lifes and product images, especially the first one of the enamel ware.

WOW! I love antiques. Those cameras are not the ones we are using today. I remember buying a square Brownie at a yard sale like one of those, the one on the far left. (behind)

Bob, first, I think these photos are just excellent. How did you do them? Second, I love these places. I collect old radios and old cameras and tins and I usually come out with something very cool when i go.

Thanks everyone. I really liked the result of this Tabblo.

@Pam: I used the Nikon D200 with the 17-55mm f2.8 lens (my walk around lens). What is a little different on all 3 of these "Lake County Tabblo" is the way I created the JPG. I am using Lightroom 1.1, but you could use Photoshop (or other editor).

The steps. I first adjusted for overall exposure. In ACR (Photoshop) or Lightroom, use Auto-Exposure. It gives a decent view, but all the subjects of these photos have too strong shadows or are too dark.

So I use the "fill" adjustment which adjusts the midtones and shadows (in my setup). I then bump Clarity to 40 and Vibrance to 40.

I have a "preset" to make this as easy as a click.

I liked the result, but would only use it in this situation.
