Let's go for a drive along the Lakeshore ... John Abbott College - Ste. Anne de Bellevue ...Fritz Farm - Baie d'Urfe City Hall... and Centennial Park in Beaconsfield (Quebec).

Not mine but I wouldn't mind taking it for a ride :-)

John Abbott College.

Situated on the most western tip of the island of Montreal, in Ste.Anne de Bellevue, John Abbott enjoys a rural setting just a half hour drive from downtown Montreal.

Fritz Farm House

The Town of Baie d’Urfé occupies an area of 6 square kilometres along the North Shore of Lake St. Louis, in the West Island sector of Montreal. The Town is bounded on the west side by the campus of Macdonald College in Ste-Anne de Bellevue, on the north side by the TransCanada Highway, and on the east side by the Beaconsfield town limits. The area south of Highway 20 represents approximately two-thirds of the town’s total area and forms the residential sector of Baie d’Urfé. The northern third, between Highways 20 and 40, is an industrial park.

That looks like a beautiful area. One of the beauties that I always found about Montreal was that it had both a big city and small town quality. I could go to the north end of Blvd. St. Laurent and find farms. Little more than a twenty minute drive (traffic permitting). The West Island is a bit farther but not really that much compared to something like New York City. Yet the downtown had all the qualities of just about any big city.

I think that car is a '50s Jaguar, XK120 or XK150 or something.
