Great tabblo. Lots of good pics, my absolute fave is the portrait of the young woman in the middle. You break all the rules of portrait photo and still get a perfect shot - cool.

Tabblo Critique Group: This tabblo is engaging in so many ways: the city, the photographic technique, but most of all the people. You have a real gift for photographing people, whether the lovely girl so well shown in the middle picture or the great kids at the end of the tabblo or the dark-haired woman checking her camera or the great expression in #7. These are all excellent photos, and they all have very interesting color values - subtle, natural, but somehow very much your own. These pictures demonstrate a style already formed.

I love the first picture with the Hagia Sophia in the background. I like how it is partially blocked. It is the type of building that would normally be in the foreground and at the very least unobstructed. This puts it in a different perspective without detracting from it.

I love the night shots! Istanbul is beautiful at night and your photos capture it so nicely it makes me want to see it for myself! You have some excellent shots of people too; the expressions captured in a moment, telling a whole story on their own. I enjoyed this; Thank you! :)
