One of the final steps of the ATO chapter renovation is now complete. All the sleeping rooms throughout the house have been carpeted and furniture installed. The decision was made to furnish the house both to increase the attraction of the rooms to potential boarders, and to minimize the amount of damage incurred from furniture moved when brothers move rooms.
There are four different configurations of furniture in the new rooms. Double rooms with two twin beds. Triple rooms with three twin beds. Single rooms with one twin bed, and single rooms with one queen bed. |

Above and to the left you can see Dooskies, which is configured as a triple. It has three single beds, three desks, drawers, and hanging space.
Above right is one of the basement rooms, configured as a twin single. To the left the refinished hallway is visible. With re-textured walls, new paint, and new doors and door jambs the hall is a large improvement over the past.
Below you can see more angles of the rooms and the finished stairways. The carpet has now been extended down to the basement, but the basement floor is pending refinishing. Also visible is the entry point for the house's high speed internet wiring. |
