My first experiment with HDR

Thank you John (Zero42) for your inspiring tabblo abouit How- to-HDR. Thanks also Anders (Floridamolle) for more inspirations in amazing HDR-tabblos! If YOU want ideas how to, look at Candice tabblo or Alex (EssTeaEye) HDR-tabblos

HDR Lake Sherburne. Not perfect since I moved camera a bit (look a the trees)

Original Lake Sherburne

The mountain-side became more visible and the sky more blue, right side more brite

Firehole waterfall, Yellowstone

I've now tried 6-7 different HDR-software and found Fotomatix best. Pro-version is the best but if you like me dont want to spend $100 on a program you can use Fotomatix Basic which is a freeware.

Just made this for training.I think original is better.

Good start is to read Johns tabblo. And then download Photomatix . Click http://www.hdrsoft.com/download.html

And of cource take pics with different exposure so that you can "add" them together

I dont use Photoshop (Digital Image is easier). Photomatix Basic is good enough for me. The day I have a spare $100, I might buy the Pro-version

Thanks for inspiring tabblo! oj, varför engelska? =) Jag har funderat på att prova, men inte kommit mig för. Du gjorde mig sugen igen, så jag ska.. nån gång! Jättevackra bilder!

It's rather easy. Using autobracketing (or whats it called on your camera) and a tripod you can enhance some pitures really good. Photoshop has built in HDR-support. Or use Fotomatix
