Moving Forward

 I love Tabblo and am horribly addicted. I've recently begun marketing my photography and illustrations through Fotolia. In the future, I'll be listing with other stock sites also.

Tabblo takes a tremendous amount of my time and Anders makes a good point about focus. I need to focus more on creating more designs for sale purposes. I need to focus more on building my photography skills. Admittedly I'm taking pictures of things I would have ignored because I CANT PUT THE CAMERA DOWN and it's all Tabblo's fault. This isn't a bad thing, but it is a distraction.

 

So my fond Tabbloites, moving forward I'm scaling back. I'll be around but less often and more silent than before. I'll still be managing my groups but will probably be posting less.  Be well, be merry and know that I'll be lurking when you least expect it.

Oh, I doubt I'll stop, but I do need to redirect my focus for a while. :) Selling my stuff is what helps me pay the bills and buy equipment.

Totally understand Destiny. I just recently put some pictures on Fotolia. Luckily I don't have to make a living at this so I can play around with Tabblo a lot. I am very thankful for that. You will be missed but I'm sure we will hear from you once in awhile. Best of luck to you and Anders!

Destiny, I wish you well and will be most interested to hear how this project goes. I have often thought that it would be a good idea to try to market my photos to help pay for the equipment if nothing else. Looks as if you are off to a great start. I like what I see of yours in Fotolia. Do come back from time to time!
