Cumberland Falls State Park

This park is located in Eastern Kentucky. The falls are known as the 'Niagara of the South'.   The mist of the falls creates the magic of the moonbow on a clear night during a full moon. This appears nowhere else in the Western Hemisphere!

It is a beautiful place...and yes, it was quite a walk, lots of steps, for the views from the right side of the falls. BUT it was worth every step!!

What wonderful shots of those waterfalls! Really like that shot of the railing on the path heading toward the rock overhang.....and the rainbow! You caught almost everything that is exquisite in nature. Bravo!

Wonderful place and tabblo, Connie! Thanks for inviting me to visit it. I opened each picture to better appreciate all the details that you captured on your lens.
