Santorini, Greece

Santorini is my favorite Greek Island!  I love the white-washed buildings and how they hug the side of the crater. The shopping is great too...if you have the money!

Isn't Santorini unique? You captured its atmosphere so well. Most of your photos would make great postcards. Maybe you should have them printed, then sell them, get lots of money and... go shopping in Santorini!

Thanks everyone! I did see some beautiful pieces of jewelry, even in 22K gold. Just fabulous and fabulously expensive! The price of gold has gone sky high, so I just enjoyed my window shopping.

Santorini is a great place for photographers and I'm thrilled to be able to travel and visit so many wonderful places.

What happy memories these pix brought back of my two visits to Santorini. I hope you got to watch the sunset from up on the cliffs of Oia. It is spectacular. Did you see the beach at Kalmari? I introduced s'mores to my Greek friends there one evening! Thank you for sharing these lovely pictures.

Grazie! Thank you everyone for your wonderful comments! I think my Santorini photos are the favorite out of the travel group so far. I'd like to go back right now! Brain, I was on a cruise, so I didn't get the opportunity to enjoy any sunset from Santorini. I've been here a couple of times before and enjoyed the sunsets. Spectacular! Monica
