open air museum taman prasasti. it's situated in the heart of jakarta, indonesia. it used to be an old dutch cemetery, known as kebon jahe kober amongst betawians. ever since 18th century serviced as foreign cemetery. lied here included marianne raffles, the wife of sir thomas stanford raffles and peter eberveld. by the mid of 1970s, the function has been changed into open air museum with tombstones collection. this is one of our fave destinations in visiting jakarta. beside the angels [that standing still in the cemetery], here we find [and be good friends, finally] with miss peppermint. a 20 years old deer. she's so lovely and always enjoy our peppermint candy [from where we decided to give her name].
