Augmenting Imagination

Was thinking of this quote I recently saw:

"Most people say there's nothing worth dying for. But what you do every day is what you're dying for. Make it count."

And of how some products are really worth working on because they count. Sort of like Lego and what it does for the imagination of kids worldwide everyday.

This Lego set is from the 2008 Advent calendar which is a really neat idea (better Legos than chocolates) that is poorly implemented. The theme is "city" and the individual days are not that inspiring. But then again, maybe that is the point— forcing the kids to remix them.

Antonio I have four children and the most outstanding and beloved toys are their LEGOS which they have all saved for their own children some day~ many many happy fulfilled hours spent on creating and they have done the Space Shuttle, Pirates of the Carribean, the Castles and knights etc...this has been one product that is well the investment! Isn't it fun to watch the little creators at their work/play?
