My 6 year old grandson told me I should be taking pictures of the sky. This is the result...over a period of approximately 15 minutes.

Thank you everyone for your comments. The sky was so beautiful that evening...if my grandson hadn't mentioned it...I would have missed it. Thankfully he DID mention that I needed to be taking pictures of the sky. Now I have two grandsons 'watching' for me. :)

Thank you, Marci. I agree: 'yeah for my grandson'. Now he and his 4 year old brother are very quick to come in and tell me I need to take a picture of whatever has struck their fancy. I love it!

Mike, thank you. It was a beautiful sky that evening...could hardly miss. :) Especially with my grandson's encouragement.
