NYC: Side-walks and alley-ways

The day begins with a short tour of China town and Little Italy (above) followed by a walk over the Brooklyn bridge (below)

After day/evening and other shots over and around the bridge, we end the day but not before shots of bridges, Rockefeller center and nearby areas (below)

Day 2 started and continued with an exploration of Christmas festivities and displays around the city; mainly 5th avenue (side and below)

Nice views of New York City. I like the "looking down their noses" quality of the mannequins. It's not surprising that they have a Paris Hilton look. You've captured the lost grandeur of the Manhattan entrance to the Manhattan Bridge. Long ago it must have been a sight but now it's far too dirty and mundane. But I wonder what those window dummies will look like in a hundred years without fresh makeup and fancy dress.

Nice, such a slice of life in NY that it's as though I went along with you for the ride :) Oh, wait ... I love the Manhattan Bridge shot on the right, towards the top. The Brooklyn Bridge gets all the fame but the Manhattan Bridge can hold its own. Plus the shot of the buildings on 6th Ave, Banafshes was right about it being a neat angle, with the low clouds too. Happy new year!

Great job! I love the mix of colors and sepia tones. The bridge shots are fantastic! Nice job on the window displays.
