went in on the first floor. That's worth the mortgage right there. My unit is the top right corner of the building.

Hard to see, but that's ocean in between those buildings. From the roof you get a skyline of Boston. Pretty cool!

All new appliances. Inspector Bob Maloof approved of the kitchen, except for the one leak showing in the ceiling. Hope they can fix that.
