During the World Cup, the central train station in Cologne really got into the spirit of things. Probably the best part was the ceiling, which was apparently inspired by Michaelangelo or something like that. "Soccer Players in Heaven", I would call it!
Sadly, as soon as the World Cup was over, the fancy ceiling came down, and now it's just blue tiles again. |
