Thanks mostly a polarising filter on the lens and then a couple of tweaks in photoshop to the levels of the red's and blues(sky n ground)

Thanks Billy, it was a Nikon D70 with the kit lens (a Nikkor 18-70mm Zoom lens) with a circular polarising filter on some of these.
